This would have to be on a large island, similar in size to Isla Sorna but...

I'd call it Mesozoic Isle and it would be separated into these zones:

Africa, Aquarium, Armored America, Aviary, Carnivore Coast, Ceratopsid Basin, England,
Hadrosaur River, Jurassic Plains, Mongolia, and Sauropod Plateau

The animals and attractions for each:

Africa: Charcharodontosaurus, Ouranosaurus (With a feeding platform going through the fence for guests for $10), Rebbachisaurus, Spinosaurus, and Suchomimus

Aquarium: Archelon, Cryptocleidus, Deinosuchus (With a feeding show for guests for $30), Elasmosaurus, Icthyosaurus, Liopleurodon, Mahajangasuchus, and Mosasaurus (With a feeding show for guests for $40); The aquarium also has a boat tour going out over the Archelon, Cryptocleidus, and Icthyosaur areas

Armored America: Ankylosaurus, Dracorex, Edmontonia (With a feeding area on the side of the exhibit for guests for $10), Euoplocephalus, Pachycephalosaurus, Sauropelta, Stygimoloch

Aviary: Alanqa, Anurognathus (With a feeding area for guests for $10), Dimorphodon, Dsungeripterus, Hatzegopteryx, Nyctosaurus, Pteranodon, Pterodactylus, Rhamphorynchus, Tapejara

Carnivore Coast: Acrocanthosaurus, Carnotaurus, Coelophysis, Dakotaraptor (With a feeding/hunting show for guests for $40), Dilophosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Guanlong, Majungasaurus, Troodon, Tyrannosaurus (With a feeding/hunting show for guests for $50), Utahraptor, Yangchuanosaurus

Ceratopsid Basin: Centrosaurus, Pentaceratops, Sinoceratops, Styracosaurus, Triceratops (With a feeding area going under the fence leading to a dome-like structure for guests for $25), Zuniceratops; Ceratopsid Basin also has a Jeep safari going through the Centrosaurus, Sinoceratops, Styracosaurs, and Triceratops areas

England: Baryonyx, Hypsilophodon (With a feeding area on the side of the exhibit for guests for $10), Iguanodon, Polacanthus

Hadrosaur River: Corythosaurus, Edmontosaurus, Maiasaura, Parasaurolophus (With a feeding platform going through the fence for guests for $25)

Jurassic Plains: Allosaurus, Apatosaurus, Camarasaurus (With a feeding platform rising up to the top of the fence for guests for $20), Ceratosaurus, Othnielia, Stegosaurus; Jurassic Plains also has a Jeep safari going through the Apatosaurus, Camarasaurus, Othnielia, and Stegosaurus areas

Mongolia: Gallimimus (With a feeding area on the side of the exhibit for guests for $15), Homalocephale, Oviraptor, Protoceratops, Shuvuuia, Therizinosaurus, Velociraptor; Mongolia also has a Jeep safari going through the Gallimimus, Homalocephale, Oviraptor, Protoceratops, and Shuvuuia areas

Mine would be not much of a park but of a hunting reserve, with a focus on large animals. Set somewhere in Africa or Asia, taking up an area the size of Chicago or something.
For a hefty price, the most acclaimed of hunters can hunt some of nature's most exclusive animals. Guests are accommodated with hotel, food and supplies and are allowed to hunt dinosaurs in various settings, from harsh desert to humid swampland (depending on the region).
Choice of animal includes:
-Tyrannosaurus rex
-Allosaurus
-Stegosaurus
-Spinosaurus
-Apatosaurus
-Triceratops
-Pachyrhinosaurus
-Stygimoloch
-Utahraptor
and more!

(Yes I'm taking a note from Lew Dodgson here, sue me Razz)

The animal exists on the planet for the first time in tens of millions of years and the only way you can express yourself is to kill it?

Tsk tsk.
